OUR Brewpub
Antigua Brewing Company's brewpub houses our brewery and is nestled in an old Spanish colonial patio between Central Park and the infamous Antigua Arch. Our venue reflects the hip sensibilities of a modern restaurant & bar while surrounding you with the beauty and comfort of 16th century architecture. Our three-level brewpub offers a 360° terrace view of the entire city including the three breathtaking volcanoes, the privacy and relaxing atmosphere of our second level lounge, or the cool comfort of our classic style stonewall brewpub on the 1st floor. Our small-batch brewing techniques allow us to serve a wide variety of quality beers. Our chef and his team visit the markets daily to guarantee the freshest local ingredients to prepare your favorite pub classics each with it’s own unique local twist, that pairs perfectly with Guatemala’s favorite selection of craft beers.
The brewpub is a perfect place for people of all ages and styles to come together to eat drink and be merry. We have live music, DJs and community events happening every day of the week. Our chef is dedicated to sourcing the freshest local ingredients and combining traditional flavors with modern foodie favorites to create a menu that pairs perfectly with the craft beer experience. The beer, food and atmosphere are designed to give our clientele a unique Guatemalan experience that will keep you coming back every time you roll through town.
Our Head Brewer and his crew have always been committed to brewing the best artisanal beer and to promoting the local craft beer culture. By sharing our passion and knowledge, and supporting other brewers and breweries to do the same, we hope to help build a strong craft beer industry for the people of Guatemala to enjoy. We believe handcrafted beer will open your mind and your world to the endless possibilities that artisanal brewing can offer. Antigua Brewing Company trains and employs local staff, including our brewing crew. We believe that brewing top quality beer is a true art form. We work hard to teach and train a local crew on the craft of brewing, and we have some young talent on our team that are showing true passion and great promise. Our crew produces handcrafted, artisanal beers using age old techniques to serve quality interpretations of classic ales, and daring new ventures into uncharted territories of the Guatemalan beer experience.
How to Find Us:
Walk from central park on 5th ave. toward the famous Antigua Arch, one block north of the park turn left on 3rd calle and we are the blue building on the right hand side, we are #4. You will see the Brewing equipment from the entrance.
